Digital Marketing Services

Digital Pro LLC provides professional services that may include search engine optimization, paid media management, social media marketing, content production, web and landing experiences, and analytics reporting. Scope, milestones, fees, and acceptance criteria for paid engagements are set forth in a separate statement of work or service agreement. While we apply industry-leading practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or conversion rates, which depend on platform policies, competition, and factors outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

Except as expressly stated in writing, these Terms do not transfer to you any of our or any third party’s intellectual property; all rights remain with Digital Pro LLC and its licensors. Methodologies, frameworks, templates, and pre-existing tools remain our property. Upon full payment, clients receive the license to use agreed deliverables for their business purposes as specified in the applicable agreement.

Third-Party Services

In using the Services, you may use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party ("Third-Party Services"), such as Google Analytics or Facebook Ads.

If you use any Third Party Services, you understand that:

Any use of a Third Party Service is at your own risk, and we shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for Third Party websites or Services.
You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, particularly in cases of non-payment or breach of the service agreement.

All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer

Our Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Digital Pro LLC and its suppliers and licensors disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
